ants.com.bd prioritizes customer safety and product security through a variety of warranty facilities such as Brand Warranty, International Warranty, Service Warranty, and Parts Warranty.

All these warranty facilities provide you with limited warranty rights from ants.com.bd or the manufacturer/brand for the duration mentioned on the product description page. The limited warranty period begins on the date of purchase from ants.com.bd. The limited warranty applies only to physical products purchased from the ants.com.bd online shop.

What Does Official Warranty Cover?

For “Official Warranty” — which includes Brand Warranty and International Warranty — customers are requested to contact the brand or any authorized Customer Service Point for after-sales service.

You may also contact ANTS customer support directly. We will communicate with the brand on your behalf to collect your product for service. After servicing is successfully completed by the brand-authorized service provider, the respective brand will return the product to you free of cost.

What Does Service Warranty Cover?

The Service Warranty covers material defects under normal usage during the warranty period.

Terms & Conditions:

·         Any malfunctioning issues will be covered under service warranty upon payment of a service fee if the issue is not caused by the customer.
(Examples: product malfunction, battery drainage, power supply issues)

·         Any accidental damage will void the service warranty.
(Examples: broken display, bending, dents, scratches, burn marks, liquid damage, rooting or manual update on mobile devices)

What Does Parts Warranty Cover?

The Parts Warranty covers damage to any valid warrantied part of the product arising under normal usage during the warranty period.

Terms & Conditions:

·         Duration: Warranty duration varies by product and is mentioned in the warranty card.

·         If a product or model goes out of production, replacement parts may take extra time. The vendor’s customer service team will inform you accordingly.

·         Warranty Card Requirement: Customers must provide the original warranty card and invoice copy to claim Parts Warranty. Without these, the Parts Warranty cannot be availed.

How to Obtain Warranty Service?

If the product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain warranty service by:

·         Contacting the vendor’s customer service

·         Visiting the authorized Customer Service Point

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

·         Cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, stains, nicks, etc.)

·         Consumable parts like batteries or accessories like remote controls unless damage occurred due to manufacturing defects

·         Damage caused by unauthorized service providers

·         Damage to modified or altered products before submitting a complaint

·         Modification or service by anyone other than the warranted seller/brand/manufacturer

·         Damage caused by negligence, misuse, accident, modification, power surges, poor maintenance, unsuitable operating environment, water, flood, fire, natural disasters, or other external causes

·         Damage caused by not following product user guides

·         Products with altered or removed identification labels

·         Service warranty will be void if the customer gets service from any unauthorized third party
