your behalf to collect your product for service. After servicing is
successfully completed by the brand-authorized service provider, the respective
brand will return the product to you free
of cost.
What Does Service Warranty Cover?
The Service Warranty covers material defects
under normal usage during the warranty period.

Any
malfunctioning issues will be covered under service warranty upon payment of a
service fee if the issue is not caused by
the customer.
(Examples: product malfunction, battery
drainage, power supply issues)

Any accidental
damage will void the service warranty.
(Examples: broken display, bending, dents,
scratches, burn marks, liquid damage, rooting or manual update on mobile
devices)
The Parts Warranty covers damage to any
valid warrantied part of the product arising under normal usage during the
warranty period.

Warranty duration varies by product and is mentioned in the warranty card.

If a product or
model goes out of production, replacement parts may take extra time. The
vendor’s customer service team will inform you accordingly.
· Warranty Card Requirement: Customers must provide the original warranty card and invoice copy to claim Parts Warranty. Without these, the Parts Warranty cannot be availed.
