Delivery charges vary depending on:
· The type of product
· Delivery location
· Delivery distance
· Inside Dhaka: 2 to 7 working days (maximum)
· Outside Dhaka: 5 to 15 working days (maximum)
Government and public holidays are counted as non-working days.
· Orders placed after 2 PM are considered as orders of the next business day.
· Business Days: Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
· Delivery may be delayed due to:
o Government/public holidays
o Product unavailability or stock-out issues
o Third-party courier delays
A returned product will be accepted only if:
· The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects
· The original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are intact
· The product is returned in its original, undamaged, unmarked packaging/box
· Delivered product is physically damaged or defective upon arrival
· Delivered product is incorrect (different from website listing)
· Delivered product is incomplete (missing parts/items)
Once a product is delivered and sold, the customer cannot return it except for DOA (Dead on Arrival) or DAP (Dead at Purchase) cases.
Returned products must be sent back within 7 days of delivery for all categories:

A refund may be issued if:
· The returned product does not meet ANTS Shop standards
· The customer is dissatisfied and requests a refund within 7 days of delivery
· Single item:
o Must be returned within 3 working days
o Requires 7 working days for quality check and refund processing
· Bulk items:
o Must be returned within 3 working days
o Requires 12 working days for quality check and refund processing
Refund amount will be provided via:
· Credit back to customer card
· Bank account
· Mobile financial service (MFS)
· Cheque (customer must provide bank details)
· Refund will be issued if ANTS Shop fails to meet delivery deadline
· Customer may request a refund before delivery confirmation; otherwise, the item will be treated as sold and only warranty claims will apply
· Replacement is valid under the terms and conditions provided by the brand
· Damaged or faulty products at the time of delivery may be replaced or refunded as per customer preference
· Customer must create an account using valid information
· Valid card/MFS information must be used for payment
· If false information is provided, ANTS Shop reserves the right to take legal action
