Refund Policy – Non-Returnable Items

Please note that selected items sold on Antshop are not eligible for return. Below is the consolidated list of all non-returnable items.

Digital Goods

·         All digital goods are non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery

·         Exceptions only if the item is not of satisfactory quality or not as described

Return & Refund Policy

·         If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 3 working days.

·         Refund will take 7–10 working days after quality check.

·         Electronics/mobile issues after usage must follow brand or seller warranty.

·         Change of mind accepted only for selected categories.

·         Refund will be sent to: Card, Bank Account, MFS, or via Cheque.

·         If all rules are met, refund will be issued within 21 working days.

·         Refund can be requested before delivery confirmation; after confirmation item is treated as sold.

·         If customer fails to receive delivery (home delivery/store pickup) within 30 days, the order will be cancelled with no refund and no claim allowed.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

·         Product is damaged or defective

·         Product is incomplete (missing items or accessories)

·         Product is incorrect (wrong item, size, colour, fake, expired)

·         Product does not match description or picture

·         Product does not fit (size issue)

Conditions for Returns

·         Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and flawless

·         Fashion items can be tried on for fit

·         Original tags, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, freebies, accessories must be included

·         Product must be returned in original, undamaged packaging

·         Do not place tape or stickers directly on manufacturer’s box

·         Must include Order Number and Return Tracking Number

·         If requirements are not met, refund request will be rejected

·         Rejected items will be sent back within 6–8 days, and scrapped after 3 failed attempts
