Terms & Conditions

1. Valid only for regular-priced products.
   Discounted vouchers are not applicable to discounted items. They can only be used on regular-priced products.
2. Voucher activation is tied to the customer’s provided phone number.
3. The redemption OTP will be sent to the phone number associated with the Antshop account
4. Redeemable only at official Artisan Retail Stores.
5. Activation occurs within 48 working hours after payment, excluding weekends and government holidays.
6. Validity period: 2 months from the activation date.
7. The purchase amount must be equal to or greater than the voucher value.
8. The full voucher value must be used in a single transaction. If the purchase total exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid in cash or by card.
9. The return policy does not apply to voucher purchases.
10. Not applicable for Perfumes and Accessories.
